Since our establishment on November 27, 2002, as the ELL AAR MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL Trust (Registration no. 1563), we’ve been dedicated to shaping minds and empowering individuals. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified institute offers a wide range of online & distance learning programs, from Para-Medical, IT, and Management to Humanities and various other professional courses. Our mission is simple yet powerful, to provide you with the highest education and training standards. As a registered Vocational Training Provider (VTP) under the Skill Development Initiative Scheme by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, we take great pride in participating in the journey towards skill development. We have successfully launched numerous vocational training programs with our Training Provider (TP) ID 004326 and Training Centre (TC) ID 041525 for PMKVY 2.0. We not only focus on imparting valuable skills but also on creating opportunities for successful trainees. Our efforts extend beyond training, as we assist our beneficiaries in shaping their careers by connecting them with relevant job placements in their chosen fields. How do we work?
At our institute, we are committed to delivering training programs of the utmost quality and ensuring that the objectives set for each course are successfully achieved. We have implemented a robust work methodology encompassing various elements to achieve this.
Monitoring and Assessment:
To gauge the understanding level of our trainees, we conduct regular internal tests every week. These tests serve as checkpoints to evaluate progress and identify areas requiring further attention. The Head of the Institute closely monitors the performance of every batch. We maintain comprehensive records of each trainee, regularly updating and managing the data in our computer-based trackers. These trackers serve as valuable resources for academic purposes and placements.
Continuous Improvement:
To foster a culture of continuous improvement, we organize monthly review meetings with all our trainers. These meetings provide a platform to discuss potential issues and identify suitable corrective measures. By actively addressing any challenges and implementing necessary improvements, we strive to enhance the learning experience for our trainees.
Our Assessment and Certification Process
We conduct weekly tests to assess the trainees’ understanding of theoretical concepts and practical applications. These tests allow us to gauge their progress and provide personalized guidance. Additionally, we track the performance of each student in our computer-based trackers. At the end of each training batch, we conduct two examinations – one for theory and another for practical skills. Upon successfully clearing both exams, the trainee will be awarded a certificate from our institute, recognizing their achievement. Our methodology ensures that our trainees receive a high-quality education, enabling them to excel in their chosen fields. As the Chairman and Founder of Ell Aar Memorial Educational Trust and Ell Aar Institute of Management & Technology, Dr. Vashisht has made numerous contributions to the educational landscape with his visionary leadership and relentless pursuit of empowering students.

With a mission to contribute to India’s quest for academic excellence, Dr. Vashisht has been instrumental in improving teaching and learning processes, fostering administrative restructuring, and nurturing intellectual capital. He firmly believes in the power of experiential learning, divergent thinking, and a strong ethical orientation as the building blocks for future business tycoons and managers who can harness India’s true potential.

Dr. Vashisht’s illustrious qualifications speak volumes about his expertise and dedication to education. He holds diverse degrees, including B.Sc. (Medical), BAMS, B.OPTM, BPT, MPT (Ortho), and an MBA in Marketing. Furthermore, his recognition as a Trainer of Trainers in Field Technician, Networking & Storage by the Electronic Skill Council of India under the NSDC of India highlights his commitment to nurturing skilled professionals.

Notably, Dr. Vashisht’s impact extends beyond his institutions. As the Managing Director of Ell Aar Institute of Allied Health Sciences and the Dean of the Para-Medical Department at Neelam University (Haryana), he has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of numerous students. He has collaborated with prestigious universities, including Sikkim Manipal University, Allahabad Agricultural University, NIMS University, NMIMS University, and NIILM University, where he served as a Coordinator and Center Head for various programs. Dr. Vashisht’s remarkable work in skill development has garnered attention from multiple ministries and government bodies. He has worked closely with the Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Ministry of Skill Development & Empowerment, Directorate of Industrial Training Department Haryana, and Haryana Skill Development Mission.

His contributions have also been recognized by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India, and the NIPUN Project CSDCI under MoHUA/NSDC, Govt. of India. The impact of Dr. Vashisht’s expertise and training extends far beyond the borders of India. His training programs have successfully placed students in esteemed medical and corporate institutions nationally and internationally. From renowned institutions like PGI Chandigarh, Fortis, Alchemist, and INSCOL to prestigious hospitals and clinics in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi-NCR, and even international locations such as Kabul, Canada, Kenya, and Australia, Dr. Vashisht’s students have excelled and made a significant impact.

Dr. Vashisht’s involvement in various projects further solidifies his commitment to transforming lives through skill development. His work under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) and the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY 2.0) has empowered urban poor and construction workers by providing them with essential skills and sustainable employment opportunities. Currently, Dr. Vashisht is collaborating with the Construction Skill Development Council of India (CSDCI) under the NIPUN Project of MoHUA/NSDC. He serves as a Training Provider for the Assistant Mason Level-3 and Rural Mason Level-4 job roles, offering on-site training in different locations in Uttar Pradesh.
